Your products. Your brand. Your own online shop.

Prepare your branded shop with your own photos, products and prices. Start with your identity, build your catalogue, and preview the result before requesting a Gerai launch review. Access is invitation-only; public registration is not open.

Start where your business is.

Prepare your shop yourself, with assisted setup available if you need it. Baru and Ubah describe where you are starting, not how much help you need.

Your first shop

Gerai Baru

Create a home for your brand and your first collection.

  1. Choose your identity
  2. Add products and photos
  3. Preview and request review

Ask about assisted setup if you want help with preparation or migration.

An existing catalogue

Gerai Ubah

Bring the products you already sell into your own shop.

  1. Prepare a catalogue CSV
  2. Import drafts and check details
  3. Preview and request review

Ask about assisted setup if you want help with preparation or migration.

Step1

Make it yours

Choose your shop name, colours and layout. Start with the identity your customers already recognise.

Step2

Add what you sell

Add products and your own photos, or import a CSV as drafts. Check descriptions, variants, prices and stock before requesting review.

Step3

Preview your shop

See your catalogue in a private preview. Check your product details, customer contact information and policies before customers arrive.

Step4

Prepare payments and delivery

Connect eligible payment accounts you control and agree delivery you can fulfil. Singapore pilot shops use SGD, merchant-owned Stripe and domestic flat-rate delivery. Provider eligibility and payment checks come before paid launch.

Indonesia

QRIS · virtual account · GoPay · OVO · DANA · cash on delivery

Shipping: JNE, J&T

Malaysia

FPX · DuitNow · Touch ’n Go · cash on delivery

Shipping: EasyParcel

Step5

Request a launch review

Ask Gerai to review your shop, payments and fulfilment. Preparation does not publish your shop: launch follows review and agreed terms. After approval, share your shop link on Instagram and with your customers.

A workspace for your own shop.

Prepare first. Provider approval, launch review and agreed terms determine what can go live.

Your identity

Your shop name, colours and layout, with a branded Gerai address.

Your catalogue

Add product photos and details yourself, or bring a CSV to create drafts.

Private preview

Check your shop before requesting a launch review.

Your payments

Use eligible provider accounts you control. Available methods depend on your market and account.

Delivery you can fulfil

Agree delivery charges and fulfilment before launch. The Singapore pilot uses domestic flat-rate delivery.

Daily orders

Manage orders, product prices and stock from the merchant workspace.

Optional assistance

Ask Gerai for help preparing a collection or moving an existing catalogue.

A reviewed launch

Gerai reviews readiness before your shop opens. Access and timing are confirmed individually.

The one screen you use every day

Everything above exists so that this is all the work: see what came in, accept it, send it. It is phone-first on purpose — our merchants are on a scooter, in a studio or behind a counter, not at a desk.

  • Today, first. Takings so far and the orders waiting on you, with the seven- and thirty-day trend beside them.
  • One queue, tabbed by stage. Live counts, searchable by name or WhatsApp number, web and chat orders together.
  • Cash on delivery is guarded. A COD order needs your explicit confirmation before it can move.
  • The buyer is one tap away. Their WhatsApp thread opens from the order itself.
  • Prices and stock are yours. Edit or archive a product without waiting on us.
Merchant dashboard: today's takings, seven- and thirty-day revenue, one new order needing action, and a copy-store-link button.

Questions

Can I register now?

Public registration is closed. Request early access by email. If Gerai has invited you, use the invitation link you received; existing merchants can sign in.

Will preparation make my shop live?

No. Prepare and preview privately, then request a Gerai review. Payments, fulfilment and terms must be checked before launch; there is no fixed launch turnaround.

Do I need a spreadsheet?

No. Add products and your own photos directly, or import a CSV as drafts and check the results.

Can Gerai help me set up?

Yes. Ask about assisted setup or a scoped catalogue migration. You remain responsible for product details, prices and policies.

Who controls payments?

Use eligible payment accounts you control. Singapore pilot preparation uses merchant-owned Stripe, with account and payment checks before paid launch.

Is Singapore available?

We are preparing an invite-only Singapore pilot. Public signup is closed and pilot terms are agreed individually. See the Singapore page for scope.

Can I connect marketplaces?

Marketplace connections are future expansion, not included launch functionality. Eligible accounts, provider approval and a complete channel trial are required before activation. Your Instagram link can point to your own shop.

What does it cost?

See Pricing for the approved Mula, Growth and Scale model. Singapore pilot pricing and terms require individual agreement.

Ready to make it yours?

Tell us what you sell, your country and whether you are starting fresh or bringing a catalogue. We will discuss early access and any setup help you need.
